Finally. A good week of training. Yahoo.
So, here we go, I am finally nailing the 5x week running, after two weeks when I missed one of the workouts. That was stressful for me, but I am glad that even though the week of Christmas was not perfect as far as training went I was still able to get in 5 runs.
Monday: 7 miles with 4x30s strides. 7.59 total miles. Pure Barre.
Tuesday: 60 minute walk. Pure Barre. Core.
Wednesday: 6 miles easy (9:01 pace). Pure Barre.
Thursday: 7 miles w/5x 2:00 at 10K pace.
Friday: 6 miles easy.
Saturday: 10 miles with 5x 2:00 at 10K pace.
