Another week of training is in the books! Hooray! I always feel good turning the page in my Believe journal, making progress toward the goals that I set for April.
Monday: 8 miles with 4x 30s strides. 8.55 miles. Pure Barre. Core.
Tuesday: 60 minute walk. Pure Barre. Core.
Wednesday: 7 miles, easy pace. Pure Barre. Core.
Thursday: 7 miles, a workout (which needs it's own post). Core.
Friday: 6 miles, easy. Pure Barre. Core.
Saturday: 14 miles, comfortable pace.
42.55 miles run.
Some foam rolling and a few jasyoga videos in there too.
Overall, I think things are coming together, and I am feeling pretty good.
